It began with one belief: where a child is born should not decide how far that child goes. Director Mr. Noah Mweruphe and a few colleagues put their own money together and opened a school where fee-paying and sponsored learners would sit in the same classrooms.

They started with 25 fee-paying students and 5 needy children. There were no grants and no launch ceremony. Over a decade later, more than 250 sponsored children walk through those gates every morning.

Our alumni have gone on to national schools: Maranda High School, Nyuki School, Kwale High and Matuga Girls. Those are places the first parents here never expected their children to reach.
